About Coaching

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a personal growth journey that develops through a partnership between a coach and a client. Coaches use deep listening and thought-provoking conversations to inspire and encourage clients' self-awareness, cognition, and growth. They help clients discover their strengths and potential, facilitate change, and empower them to live a more positive, authentic, and fulfilling life.

The principles and practices of coaching are deeply rooted in a diverse array of psychological theories, drawing inspiration from early Adlerian Individual Psychology, Jungian Humanistic Psychology, positive psychology, and cognitive behavior therapy. These theories shift the focus from traditional pathology to enhancing individual self-awareness and choices to address current life challenges.

Coaching helps individuals with...

Self-Reflection

Coaching facilitates self-reflection, helping individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their strengths, weaknesses, values, and beliefs. Increased self-awareness enables individuals to make more informed decisions and take actions aligned with their authentic selves.

Confidence Building

Coaching helps individuals build self-confidence and self-belief. They challenge limiting beliefs and help clients reframe negative thought patterns, fostering a positive mindset and empowering individuals to take bold actions.

Decision Making

Coaching supports individuals in making effective decisions by helping them explore options, weigh pros and cons, and consider potential consequences. They encourage clients to tap into their intuition and values to make choices aligned with their long-term vision.

According to a survey by ICF (International Coaching Federation)

99% of clients consider coaching highly effective.

Coaching has yielded positive impacts in various aspects including self-esteem and self-confidence, relationships, communication and interpersonal skills, job performance, and work-life balance.
